Communication Employee MeetingsHMS understands the complexity and challenges employers face when having to communicate benefit programs to their employees. As a result, HMS has developed a comprehensive strategy to help communicate your employee benefit programs at open enrollment, and during the course of the plan year. Our goal is to help your employees understand the programs, so that they can make the most informed decision when selecting benefits you have invested in on their behalf.
